The 1st Day of School is here! August 19, 2009. Can I possibly have a 4th grader and a 1st grader? It doesn't seem possible. As I was exercising this morning I kept thinking there is no way I am this old...although it's my birthday so I know I am! HA! Anyway...it feels like just yesterday that they were both little and going to preschool..now look at them. My boys are growing up before my eyes and I'm so proud of them. Here they are letting me know what grade they are in this year.
The boys got up and got dressed immediately so that we could do pictures before I had to leave for school...so they look a little sleepy here...but I have no doubt that after they had breakfast and brushed teeth they were FULLY awake and ready to go. I prayed for their teachers in that respect as well! HA! So...it's Brock's last year in elementary school...Wow! Hope this is the start of a terrific year for both boys. Bet they're exhausted and ready for bed tonight though! I know I was after my first day yesterday!
