Sweet picture

I just had to put this picture up...it may be my new favorite of the kids...they were hanging out on my bed in their jammies while I was getting ready for school one morning and I thought it was simply adorable and had to capture it. My kiddos are growing up too fast!

Tooth Loss!

It was a very exciting night in the Witmer household! Grant has noticed a loose tooth for a couple weeks now. Tonight he was determined that it was coming OUT! He worked and worked and worked on it. He ran from the mirror to show us and back to the mirror again. He found it was really bleeding and got ready to pull hard on it. He decided he better try to spit out the blood first in his mouth. As he spit...there flew the tooth into the sink. Luckily he had the drain plugged and there it lay. Then came lots of whooping and bouncing. He is incredibly excited and can't wait to surprise Grandma in the morning. He called Grandma and PawPaw, but wants Grandma to be shocked when she sees it in the morning! He's so cute. The whole process was so sweet to watch and I was glad that the first tooth I was right there with him when it happened. My sweet little boy is becoming grown up...it all begins....Ahhhh!

The 1st Barrette...Awww!

This is Kiara with the first ever barrette in her hair! HA! We went to some good friends' house over Christmas break, and her daughter adores Kiara so much and found this barrette in her stash. It wasn't super secure, but it looked so cute that I just had to capture a picture and knew that her grandma in Pennsylvania would love seeing it! I can't wait until her hair is long enough to do something with...although I'll probably wish that I didn't have to brush it and fix it all the time. that is the good things about boys...they get up and go without touching their hair!

Keri, age 9

This is my student, Keri Rohr...Isn't she a cutie? Normally her smile is much bigger than this, but I'll take this one! She officially begins radiation on Monday, January 26. I just thought it would be good to be able to picture her if you are praying for her. God is working in their lives and I pray for growth in the Lord for the whole family, as well as complete healing and a return to the "normal" Keri! Thanks for praying!

More fun with Cailey

Kiara and my niece Cailey entertain each other quite nicely...and all of us too! They are going to be quite the duo later on in life I think! Here are a few cute pics of our Christmas with them.

CRAWLING???

Kiara wants to crawl desparately! She is too funny! She goes up on her arms and looks around...then buries her head and pushes up with her legs...I can't explain it, but trust me it is funny and then she gets so mad when it won't work right! She is very mobile though by rolling and scooting where she needs to go. It's fun to see her go through all of the different stages, yet sad, because I see my "last" one growing up...all of her firsts are my lasts! Here are a few pictures of her crawling around...Well, sort of! Then you can see, she takes a break every now and then and just relaxes! Too cute!

Christmas

So I thought I should go back through pictures and post some from the last few weeks for you all to see. These are a few from Christmas...Before the opening of the presents...Their favorite present...and then Kiara "helping" to open one of her presents. She really didn't care too much about it, but that's okay! Kiara slept through the initial present opening with the boys, so they had their own time and then they played the Wii while Kiara opened her presents with Mommy and Daddy! We were blessed...
